I have had Sorepaw. I squeaked loudly and then I was walking funny and Oh No! Vet again. Now I have got small things that taste nice, which is good, but also all walks on lead, no runningorjumpingor swimmingor playingorbiteyface! Only can walk for 10 or 15 minits at a time. BOOOORING!!! Mother is trying to play QUIET games with me. HATE QUIET games. NEEEED to do runningandjumpingandswimmingandplayingandbiteyface! Not even seen my friends cept Ronnie Pug nextdoor and even then we're not allowed to play. BOOOORED! Mother says tomorrow we will have a Nadventure and we will go on THREE TRAINS. THREE!!! Then we will be at Uncle Guy's and Auntie Jenny's house. I LOVE Auntie Jenny, always have, she has lovely fluffy slippers, not chewed like Mother's slippers:wasntme:. Not allowed to chase their cats though, parently. Mother says family get together. That always means FOOD. Feel more cheerful now I think. Will tell you all about it when I get back. Mother says she hopes I'll be good on the trains. COURSE I WILL.

I now have already been on two trains cos Mother sed we must do practising. There was no dragins and I was not frightened or sickypoos. What is sickypoos? Don't think I have ever had it, only runnybum a Longlong time ago when I was Allsmall and now this Sorepaw stuff. If I have sickypoos I'm sure I will eat it all up. I always eat everything all up cos I am GoodGirlJoy. xxxxxxxxxxxxx

My bed is haunted by munties an drop bears. Wouldn't go on it. Mum even put a pea/banana/gravy Kong on it. Nope. Then she put a piece of chicken in it. Nope. Then she put peanut butter on it. Nope. Then she threw little bits of chicken ever closer. Nope. So I got to sleep on my blanket on the fur on the floor next to their bed! It was nice an I gave Dad a big lick up the face when it was time to get up

Are you still Allsmall? I had to sleep right under Mother's bed when I was Allsmall. Would not go on my bed even though it was right next to Mother. Nononotooscary. So Mother put my bed under her bed and I felt much safer and started to like my bed. Then I started to LOVE my bed. Then Mother ever so sneakily moved it, little bit, little bit, little bit until Boomph! As if by magic I was suddenly in the corner where all my predogcessors have slept! Mother always says I am a clever little Sneakydog. Well, I know where I get that from!

Sorry you have a sorepaw Joy. Not good and so boring...sickypoo is good though and taste delicious unless it is all watery. Never been on trains, not allowed. Only special dogs can go. I thought I was secial too...

Maxx now that you get to sleep near uour hoomans bed, need to jump up and start to sleep with them. Now start at the bottom only for a about 10 or so minutes. If they notice give them a look, you know the look. If they still not happy go back on floor. Then do it all again later.
I lick daddy to in the morning when it is time to wake up. I start on his ear and work my way round to his face. Then he turns over and I lay on top of him all waiting. Saying that I also do it at about 2amish he say. But I just do that to make sure he is still alive..

Heh heh...good advice Vanilla. I do know that look, my fur-Mum taught it to me when I was a little fella. She said it would get me out of all sorts of trubble

I don't think I'm AllSmall Joy. Everyone who meets me says I'm a big boy. Then when they ask how old I am an Dad says '10 months' they go WHOA GET OUTTA HERE! HE'S 'NORMOUS

I hope your SorePaw feels better soon :(

Aye dios mio, Quinn! Your eyes were frozen? AND you spit out treats? This was a very horrible day for you indeed!

It was a boring day for me as the water is coming out of the sky. Water from above - bad. Water from below - good. When the water from above stops, only then will I jump in the river. My belleh must get wet BEFORE my head. It is the Carbon law.

It was also a good day because I taught foster lady a new trick. I was asking my dinner tonight and putting my paw on her face but this time instead of saying "Oh Carbon, nooooooo!" she just ignored me. I do not like to be ignored, so I tried breathing my deleeecious doggie breath into her face instead. Still no dinner!!!

Then I thought how much she always wants cuddles. Cuddles are to her as as food is to me. She always wants them. Normally I do not have any patience for this cuddle business, but I thought, "Maybe I can train her to give me food if I give her cuddles." So I jumped up on the sofa (she liked that) and then I snuggled next to her legs (she liked that too) and then I rested my noble Spanish head on her belleh (she REALLY liked that) and then I gave her my special "I love you oh so much" Labrador eyes.

And then guess what???

After a couple minutes of cuddle treats, she said to me, "Oh Carbon, you are being so good and cuddly, let's give you your dinner early as a reward."

And then she DID...yum!!!!

I am such an excellent human trainer, verdad?

Hmm Carbon I hadn’t thought about giving cuddles to get my dinner early. I go for the sneezing-and-chomping-my-teeths tactic and that seems to work pretty well. Also as a bonus I get nice clear snout-holes and pig-mummy gets a sneeze-shower which anyone would appreciate.

Carbon, that is a super plan to get an early dinner...thing is though, I am not allowed on he sofa. I will try and adapt.
Hola Coco! Foster lady likes cuddles ANYWHERE (she really is exhausting) so cuddles off the sofa probably work too. You make a prueba (that's a test) and report back, vale? I think this could be very interesting research for all of us on how to train a human.

Suerte y coraje, my friend, and may you get your sossiges early tomorrow!
