Yeah, it was the minor ops list (in A&E for some reason) with several IGTN removals and ablations that have me still squirming when I have to deal with feet.
I actually have an ingrown toenail after a skiing mishap and am trying to put off surgery. The podiatrist wants to do it in the chair with a ring block.

I do remember the football / tree / knee injury disaster a couple of years back. I do hope you learnt your lesson Swampy and let others do the footy retrievals for you these days? Hmmm?

Good drugs? Errr, nope. Ibuprofen and paracetamol, that’s all I get. I mean, I could get the good stuff OTC if I was really desperate because Spain. I already have Tramadol and Gabapentin, no idea if they’d be any good for this sort of thing. But I’m doing ok with the ibuprofen and paracetamol anyway.
My sister was agog that J went and bought a 25-pack of 10mg Valium for Nisha, for €1.64. As a Paramedic, she’s only legally allowed to carry 20mg

I’m a bit suspicious of ice cream vans in the area where one of my sons lives.
There's a couple of dog walkers that hang about with more than dog poo bags in their pockets here too.
One with a Holden cocker sells party drugs and steroids and staffy man sells weed meth and heroin
