It was in real life too. I'd just started a real whingy weepy thing being sad about leaving and Carbon broke the tension perfectly by being - frankly - an ass. But a quite charming ass, so there you go.

I think we're all Veryvery excited at the thought of Señor Carbón meeting the famous tent collapsing Mr. Pongo! GGJ is just about beside herself!and rather wishes she could be there too.
However she has graciously agreed to settle for some photos for the time being and sends lots of love and wags.

I am not so sure that my amigo Pongo is enjoying our visit. He may want Cassie and me to go away and leave him alone with Señor Beasely!



But then we took a walk in @Rosie 's beautiful garden and that made EVERYTHING better. Que bien!

He has had CARBON-THE-MAGIC staying - yes STAYING - here which is just aMAYzing and then today CASSIE-BEAUTIFUL-CASSIE came to visit and playplayplayed and he really doesn't know how he is going to play anymore because he is sooooooooo tired now so he is going to have a little snooze and then play a bit more night night night..............zzzzzzzzzzz

I feel terrible (this is Emily and not Carbon of course ) because I didn’t take any video! It was so wild there at the beginning that @Selina27 and I were a bit overwhelmed by the bounce!

I do however have a video of Carbon and Vizzy playing from today which I’ll post later. He’s such a cutie and always remembers me - does my heart good.

I want to say a huge thank you to @Rosie, her OH and the incomparable Pongo for being such wonderful hosts. What a lovely visit with beautiful people and dogs, the Welsh countryside and delicious food. I’m also so grateful that Cassie and @Selina27 could visit too, despite the interference of Ed Sheeran. It was a grand send-off from the UK.

I’m waiting to board the Eurotunnel by the way. Took nearly 5 hours from Wiltshire and utter madness at check in (@Rosie no M&S stop was possible let alone calling in at @Granca ’s ) but all we need to do is board and cross now so hopefully the hard bit is over.

Sad to leave despite the further adventures that await. 6 months until I can come back…not that I’m counting or anything.

Finn doesn’t know if Carbon is going to the Mediterranean Sea, but he says the water is very, very fine here too…Finn is saying that he is going to enter Spain tomorrow and will test the beach there too in Roses Cataluna….
