Pongo has two walks a day, off lead. The first is usually "Pongo's loop" which is a mile in total, down the track and back through the woods - it takes about 30 minutes. The second one is usually shorter - maybe 20 minutes - also through the woods and fields. He sniffs a lot and trots around...

Pongo's hackles come up when he is Very Very Excited.

Yesyesyes it is the nippygame and daddy lies down and says nononononono but he doesn't mean it and I go nippynippynippy and I try to bite his shirt but I am VERY CAREFUL that I don't nip his skin because hoomans are everso fragile. I am a gentle boy but I act all scary and fierce when I play...

That's Ok Iver you can bite me that's what my dad does when we play resslin, and I do nippynippynippy on his shirt. Some doggies do snappygrowl at me because I am big and I don't like that so much but I don't think you'd do that.

Thanks @Candy - that's good to know. Do you put the drops actually into the ear canal, or just wet the cotton balls and swab? And do you just clean the outer ear, or do you get your finger in and do an excavation of the inner ear :giggl: :hmm: ?

What drops do you use, @Candy? I want to talk to the vet again about managing Pongo's ears and am looking for options....
