I have arthrtis in both knees - but more recently the arthritis in my hip has been incredibly dibilitating. This looks like the way forward, but may have to dip into savings for it as waiting list for the NHS is up to 2 years! :weary: The pain though some days is unbearable.

Yes, this seems most likely - especially at 16 years old - best to discuss with vet. Any leg weakness - or other symptoms such as urgency to go to the toilet, or the odd accident?
