Well it happened, my 6 year old is a better skier than me. We were skiing today and he was running rings around me, doing little jumps off the side of the run. Urgh. Proud and also feeling a bit old me feeble. His ski school feedback consisted of "he's a superstar."

Annie yoo just reminded me. I woz on a holliday last week and there was so much dlishus poo to snak on. Like a Buffay. Sheep, wallabee, wombat am yabbit. Twas the BEST. And after all that I could nap in front of a fireinametalbox.

We had a 100 days of kindergarten event at school today and the kids had to dress up as if they are 100 years old. It was the cutest. Even the principal put some powder in his hair and did a dance with a cane. 😆

Never fear, we were in the old farmhouse with a wood burning heater. Chewie was channelling his inner GGJ and approved of the fire in a box.

It was below freezing here last night. And yes, Chewie is particularly keen on wallaby and wombat poo apparently. Then rabbit. Sheep is the least favourite. 😑

We are on a weekend away in the Capertee Valley with the boys. We are on a farmstay and were able to help feeding the sheep and moving the ducks. Chewie has been enjoying the feast of poo. 🤢 The hole is a wombat burrow.

Today our human child turned 6. We had a great party- a science and My Neighbour Totoro party. Cake made by me. ☺️ And our lovely personal trainer can take care of Chewie while we are skiing in August. He and his girlfriend are dog sitting as an official side hustle now.
