@Selina, I have just ordered some new specs, the frames were reasonable, it is the lens which are expensive. I turned a blind eye to ( :D ) to the cost, have that surprise when I pick them up!

Several hedgerows of Blackthorn and May are dying here, wild cherry trees drooping, trees turning far too early. Still no sign of rain!!!!

I also found it an interesting read @Joy. Certainly with Flicka the ball aces treats so I was pleased to read that you had found a way of Tess not turning towards you looking for the ball and she was intelligent to realise the ball was waiting for her afterwards. Often we learn so much more...
