Taking Reuben and Nelly to the river at 7 this morning , they couldnt believe their luck at such an early little walk and swim ( only Reubs ! ) . There wasnt a soul around but us , and the birds , heaven xx

There is a very large sign in the harbour car park saying that the Harbour Commission reserves the right to break into any car where dogs have been left, regardless of windows being open for them , and I have witnessed them doing this along with local police , its just cruel to leave them x

We have high cloud today which is quite nice :clap: We went down to Looe very early this morning , only stayed for half an hour during which time we saw so many dogs being carted around town looking thoroughly miserable ., and still people leave their dogs in cars , I could weep :sad:

Oh bless him , he really is a beautiful boy x It isnt too hot here , we have a nice breeze blowing and being a fairly narrow peninsular , we rarely get the very hot weather that the more inland regions get thank goodness x

Bless him, his fur had just grown back beautifully x

I feel much better thanks Emily , its comforting to know that it isnt necessarily anything sinister . I`ve had a couple of sleepless nights but I think I will sleep better tonight , so glad I took him and yes, that wound was a whopper , bless him xx

Just adding that unlike the main one Reuben had removed , which was raised above the skin , this current lump is actually sub cutaneous , nothing on the surface at all which is why Sue thinks its a possible keloid xx

That brought tears to my eyes , how wonderful to meet up , I hope you feel rightly very proud of the part you played xx

We`re home . Sue seems to think it may be a keloid , a sort of reactive overgrowth from the internal stitches but she said there was a possibility that its another very tiny MCT . He had his chest shaved so that she could see it better, it is very small , so small that she says a FNA would be...

Its such a shame that some people just dont think about their beloved dogs when its warm out there . I went to the river earlier , mainly so that Reubs could have a swim which keeps him cool for an hour or two but we only went in the shade of the trees for 20 minutes , its enough xx

Oh now that looks wonderful , nice and cool . It must be so good to swim with our dogs , bliss xx

Thank you for all your good wishes , I am so thankful that Reubs knows nothing of this worry , just the thought of putting him through another surgery is filling me with dread , its so unfair on him xx

Poor Reuben , I feel quite sick with worry after finding another suspicious lump , very small but detectable and close to the three that were removed . Its only just over six weeks since his surgery so obviously I am very concerned about putting him through another operation so soon as is Sue ...

This made me smile, it came up in my FB memories . Reuben and Carbon after a play , they just wandered around the garden side by side xx
