Yes, I was really very worried after the vet said it was a complicated surgery. Earlier this morning, I even found myself bargaining with her old dead owner to let me have a little more time with her
I wasn't expecting her to be out of surgery so soon, so I was terrified answering the call when it came!

Big. Relief.

I might take a note from @Candy's book and have a smoll glass of wine later on.

Yes, go for it! Very much deserved even if it is only Wednesday! I'm so, so glad that it's all gone well!

How is Bella doing?

She’s been much better today thanks. She was struggling to poo on this morning’s walk, and I didn’t see her poo this evening, so I’ll keep a close eye on that. She has laxatives to take for the next two weeks, so hopefully they’ll do their work to get her a bit squittier and more comfortable until she’s healed.
