The nearby stream came over it's banks this morning (we had a flood alert last night) and it quickly started to fill the field that Lady and I have to cross for our morning walk. It's not deep - just extensive. I waded through with the water about 2/3 of the way up my wellington boots. Looking back, there was the SBD with her ears up and her front legs splayed as if to say "What on earth are you doing? That looks a bit risky to me!". Gave her the toot toot on the whistle and she tucks in her tail, puts her ears back and does a young dog zoomy through about 200yds of the water leaping two fast flowing water channels as well. Gets to the other side as pleased as punch and shakes and goes all waggy tail at me.
Young dog again - just for a few moments!
Young dog again - just for a few moments!

There's nothing like the sheer joy of a zoomie session, and I imagine this is multiplied ten fold for you and your Lady
