Homer being sick

https://bvns.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Neurotransmitter-2.0-MGCS-final.pdf He is 17/18 on this scale. It may be the ocular score that is one point lower, they didn't say but Hubby questioned his sight when we were sitting alone with him in the garden so this is just a guess. He was out for about 7 minutes while they were trying to get his heart back to a normal rhythm on Thursday. We still need to have a full discharge brief with the vet surgeon and still need test results back from the samples taken and from his spleen and adreanal gland.

Yesterday there was a mastive type dog in ICU on the floor next to Homer, poor thing was very vocal, with howling talking type noises. He was very jelous Homer had visitors. I wanted to give him cuddles too. When the vet rang in this morning we could still hear him! They had a lot of smaller spaniels there too, one had one of those horrible whimpering nightmares. Poor pups but they are in very good care.

I will keep everything crossed that Homer can come home tomorrow. It sounds like he has been in very good hands. I hope the discharge discussion goes well x

Good Afternoon Mrs Simpson,

I hope you are well.

I know your handsome boy will be coming home very soon but I thought you might like to see some videos and photos of Homer during his stay with us. He is such a handsome, lovely boy and has been an absolute trooper 💪

He told me to tell you that he can't wait to see you later for the biggest cuddles and alllllll the good boy treats ❤
