I've just gone through this thread for the first time and have had a good cry all over again about Keir. Just love that boy! But what wonderful photos with his school buddies and at his new boarders. He looks so happy and that's all down to you, Mags, giving him the perfect start to life.

Mollie, Tatze and Keir today last year (I really like facebook’s ‘memories’ feature )

Now Mollie is working, guiding a young woman and living on a narrowboat in the summer and a house in the winter. Keir is at Big School and Tatze continues her job of caring for new whippersnappers!

I was hoping for a Kier update and here he is...yay! Hard to believe he was ever so small. And unlike the Labs, don't you think he looks so much different as an adult? In contrast, Molly just got bigger but she still has her serious Molly face!

No, they are taken in two at a time, supervised

He’s been there lots of times as I take my pups there to play after puppy class.

Keir will be about four more months in basic training, then he goes into Advanced training. I will get to see him working with his trainer just before he is matched with his new owner. After watching him work we’ll get to have a free run with him, then it’s the final goodbye.

We go to puppy class once a week but to different centres so I’m not often at Keir’s centre. Of course I’m on the lookout for him when I go - but we are not allowed contact as that would confuse him.
