If we could just stop the jumping up everything would be great. The trainer's know now and are helping by turning their backs when he does it but so far it's not diminishing.
Well done all of you that so brilliant.
Just keep working on the jumping up it's just his natural loving excitable spirit. It gets better as they get older. It's better if you can educate the people he jumps up too.

Ah, thanks for sharing, brilliant! You could look at doing some Rally with him, it's all similar to what you're doing here, and more about flow than absolute precision. I think you'd enjoy it and it gives you a focus to aim for

No training this week as our club hosted a big agility trial. We were going to go and watch but sadly the weather has been absolutely atrocious; Armageddon style rain and very cold. I'm not even sure it would have gone ahead. Such a shame when yesterday was a perfect winters sunny day

Despite the rain, Steve took Maxx for a walk today and he went for a swim in the river and did a few zoomies on the beach. Then they went to the Rugby park to play with a couple of other all-weather doggies in the puddles. Maxx was not at his best behaviour and saw someone walking up on the footpath with their dog and took off to see them. His recall is still very questionable 
. Then after recapture and walking on the leash he found a dead bird and wouldn't let Dad get it out of his mouth 
and Dad had to prise it out of his mouth guts and all....so no kisses today
