No apparently he took absolutely no notice at all :(
Yup, we’re still here - trying to find ‘the thing’ that brings him galloping back. I feel you, sister  (Already I have voices in the back of my head whispering ‘reinforcement...building up a history...start really easy and move up in increments...).

Aldi bisky bones worked for us.

He goes mental for them and when he sees them go in the treat bag at the start of the walk that’s it - he’s an angel.

Extra bonus - they don’t smell!
I found some banana and peanut butter treats in Aldi yesterday. They seem to be a hit! Should have bought more than one packet, though!

He was ok, initially lots of leaping but not so bad once he settled. He was very upset at being stuck outside while the two little dogs were allowed in (my sister is house proud AND a bit afraid of big dogs).

But we got some lovely news! My youngest niece is expecting her first baby! Her sister had her first just under a year ago so the cousins will grow up close in age.
My sister and BIL are over the moon.

My almost 94 year old Dad came with us and was thrilled too; but I did see a fleeting moment of sadness and I'm sure he was wishing Mum could have met her great grandchildren

On the long trip home now. Maxx crashed before we got to the first corner
