Oh my goodness, been out of data contact, what a worry, hope he continues to improve.

They finally rang, he has eaten a little bit of food and kept it down and done a wee so things are really looking up. They are keeping him overnight on "full observation" so we are happy that they will be looking after him so well.
He is still on the drip so getting lots of fluids and antibiotics
I don't know what we would do without you all, thank you![]()
I wished so many times that he could talk (or that we could talk dog)Oh crikey I have just caught up. It is so scary when they go downhill quickly and you wish they could talk to you and tell you what is wrong. He is getting the best care and it sounds like he is improving. Hunter sends gentle snuggles to Maxx.

Hooray! Come on Maxx, get those bowels working and keep resting up and you’ll be home soon. This is really promising Robyn - hope you both get some rest while you’re waiting. The vet just rang, he has massively perked up and there was no diarrhea or vomiting overnight. He hasn't done a poo yet so they will keep him all day and so long as he does a poo and continues to improve we can pick him up at 6.30pm (9 hours time)

We both slept like logs last night, most unheard of PLUS slept in without our furry alarm clock to nudge us awake!Hooray! Come on Maxx, get those bowels working and keep resting up and you’ll be home soon. This is really promising Robyn - hope you both get some rest while you’re waiting.
