Just watched Part 1, I need to watch it again though to make sure I get the science. I learn better from videos than reading so I quite liked the presentation. A lot of the fear behaviours shown are what Homer shows when he's scared or anxious.

I can't thank you enough for sharing this. I'm hoping if I have a better understanding of fear, I will be more confident to continue to manage Cupar reactiveness which is all about his fears.

I've finished Part 2 now. Very interesting. I would have liked a bit more detail on the methods used for helping desensitising fear response.
