We are all thinking of dear Nelly and you and Paul also Kate. Poor little mite must have been in such pain. How is Rueben?

Reuben is fine thank you . I left Nelly with Paul and took Reubs for a good walk this morning , just us two and he loved it . He was terribly quiet just after the attack but with lots of hugs and reassurance , he is back to his joyful self again xx

Oh I did thank you xx It all gets a bit much at times ( not that I mind ) , sorting out Nellys numerous tablets several times a day plus her metacam , checking her dressing and generally being her slave ! Added to this is ensuring that Paul is taking his meds as he is ( his words ) as useful as a chocolate fireguard . Never mind , as my Gran used to say, its not always dark at 7 xxx

A very good Vet report , Sue will be operating to close the wound on Wednesday morning . I want her to be fixed but I am dreading leaving her again , thankfully she knows all the staff and they all adore her for her courage xxx
