So pleased to hear Nelly keeps improving. What an ordeal she and you have been through. I hope things just keep getting better and better.

Distress has now been over taken by anger , I truly want them to suffer and thats not like me at all

They clearly care only about themselves and have no empathy. People shouldn’t be allowed to get away with things like this. I hope the judge makes them pay for the distress they have caused you. Your dog has lost a leg because of them and has been in excruciating pain. They must be forced to take responsibility for their actions.

She had a really good evening and a wonderful nights sleep thank you . Daytime yesterday wasnt so great , she was very unsettled , I think she is just fed up of all the messing about changing dressings and also is now sick and tired of the cone but still hates the nice soft one I got for her xxxxx

Our little poppet had a really good report at the Vets this morning . Her wound is not leaking at all and whilst raw, it is clean and free of infection . Just hoping that the closure surgery can go ahead next week.She is quite sleepy today, making up for yesterday I guess and she is very clingy but thats ok xxx

She is grand thanks x Obviously she is swathed in dressings so her horrendous wound is hidden from view and she has pain killers every four hours plus her antibiotics , both of which will be ongoing for a long time . I roll them in pate , making a little bomb , she eats it no problem . Having a poo is a little difficult but she manages , bless her little heart . I just hope that she can have her restorative surgery next week , that decision will be made on Monday when she sees Sue xxx

She certainly is . I often have a weep when I think of what she has endured and see her often struggle to get to her feet , but then I think to myself that she is with us , and thats what matters xx
