Casper enjoyed his meatballs, albeit probably a bit spicy for him. Anyhow, we do need to see a bit of action from the "other end" so hoping they will help. Currently I am scrunched up on a tiny corner of the sofa to enable Casper to stretch out.
Sorry he is not feeling the best and you had a stressed weekeen. Sounds like though he is making a healthy, albeight slowly.
Nice going Casper, stretch out on that sofa
Casper is doing well! We are a both a bit tired this morning. He is moving much better although very cautiously. But picking his back legs up properly now, his back just looks stiff. He had a huge normal looking poo (sorry if you haven't had breakfast!)., I was quite relieved as he didn't go at all yesterday, The vet did have a concern that something might be going on in his abdomen as when he arrived at the vet he looked oddly bloated.
He has had his brekkie, meds (tramadol and onsior) plus a few tiny bits of croissant (he loves those!) now happily snoring next to me. Just love this boy to bits!
I have only just this moment seen this, can't think why it didn't come up when I was on the forum last night. Poor, dear Casper, hope he is continuing to make good progress, Rourke was quite in love with him x
I'm so glad Casper is improving Kate. It's just horrible when they are in pain. Hopefully a couple of days rest and painkillers and he will be a lot better. Maybe a good stretch when he feels up to it will do him good. Scout's neck improved quickly once he could stretch again like the muscles had been in spasm. As long as Casper can get comfortable enough to sleep though that will do him good. Gorgeous boy.
I spoke too soon, just had a phone call from paramedic, the result of the blood test showed he did have a heart attack and he is being taken into hospital this evening.
