Poppy seizures - medicating with Pexion

So sorry to hear. I’ve heard of the drug, but know nothing about it. Snowie was on potassium bromide (KBr). Although I don’t actually think it did anything because it seems his seizures were directly related to when he got flea, tick, and worm preventatives. He still had a grand mal seizure every 4-6 months correlating with the time of getting the flea, tick, and worm preventatives.

We haven't used any flea or tick preventatives on her for three years now. She didn't have any seizures for almost two years after we stopped, but for some reason she does seem to be getting them again more frequently.

I can't work it out... Both last times it has been after we came back from a really lovely walk. :(

Could she have eaten anything on the walk? Snowie once had a seizure after eating human poo on a walk. It was a mild seizure thankfully. Our vet said she’d had a few dogs come in with drug-related problems after eating human poo.

Oh, she loves a nice clump of human poo if she can find it. Preferably with a bit of loo paper hanging off it... Disgusting little lip-licking creature that she is!!!

But no I don't think that is the case in this instance, as we were doing dummy training on Sunday and she is far too busy and concentrated to hunt for poo.
