Thank you for asking xxI`m alright honestly , Reuben is very good at being settled in the day time after even a very short walk , so I can catch up on sleep if needed . I am taking him to a local place for tiny walks, its very isolated , never seen any other dogs around so I wont be spreading any bugs . Nelly is fine , but then she is a tough old mongrelOh Kate you must be shattered...

He has been having probiotics for a few days now @M.F. but no change . I had to smile , the Vet was there when we picked up the metrobactin and said that many owners had trouble getting their dogs to take this , I offered one to Reuben and it went down a treat, like a treat .Have you tried a probiotic? When Snowie had haemorrhagic gastroenteritis on and off for three months, we turned the corner when we added kefir to his diet. He was started on abs to start, but they didn't stop it. We eventually went to a holistic vet (on our regular vet’s advice) because it just wouldn’t go away. He “prescribed” half a cup of milk kefir every day. Plus some Chinese herbs. Did the trick.
Good boy Reuben. Chewie is the same- will basically eat anything if I offer it to him by hand, even metronidazole. He has been having probiotics for a few days now @M.F. but no change . I might risk leaving Reubs on his own tonight , and damn the consequences xx
