He's finally getting the hang of correcting the puppy. She found the cat food bag and tried to break into it, so he stood over the bag and growled a few times until she left, then looked to me for approval. He looks very pleased with himself.
We've been leery of letting him issue corrections, watching closely, and only allowing verbal correction. anything remotely physical was quickly redirected while an adult corrected the puppy. So he's learned that body language and low level verbal are allowed but anything beyond that are not
