Sleep. Or lack thereof.

My shoulder is slowly improving and doesn’t wake me up now, but somehow I seem to have got into the habit of waking every two/three hours. It’s then difficult to get comfortable - but at least I can look for a delivery slot for my online shopping! No luck yet, though. :(

I’ve just managed three hours sleep and it’s 7:46am Bless the dogs, I’m an hour late and they are still fast asleep.

 for all shoulder sufferers.

I’m used to pain ( arthritis in hands, toes and knees) but this is different, isn’t it?

Not at all, you’re not moaning, just letting off steam! I used a hot water bottle initially for my shoulder, but it wasn’t really effective. Then my cousin, who had had surgery on her shoulder a while ago, said that an ice pack would be better, as it would help to reduce the inflammation.
