The Labraventures of Carbón, Spanish (ex-) foster dog extraordinaire

Who could have imagined that an abandoned little dog would end up being one of the most, or even the most, travelled dog who leads such an interesting life.
ML here: I was telling a friend the other day that Carbon is, compared to Brogan, a quite uncultured pup. Hasn't been to the Louvre or the Vatican or the Uffizi. Only one time in Rome, Florence and Venice. Poor deprived Spanish gentleman! We are going to have to fix that as soon as this pandemic thing allows us to safely adventure again! 😁

Hopefully his huge band of adoring fans makes up for a little of his lack of full cultural education.
Claro que si! But of course! De verdad, truthfully I think that ML is quite wrong about my cultural education. I may not have visited so many museums as the esteemed Brogan, but after one whole year of lockdown and faithfully laying next to ML as she plods through hundreds of hours of online courses, I have now:

  • Achieved fluent comprehension of German (even if ML has not)
  • Grasped the nuances of the subjunctive tense in Italian
  • Caught up on the goings-on in Granada in my home country of Spain
  • Learned about each dynastic king of Ancient Egypt and where he is buried
  • Recognised the Baroque influences on the architecture of Rome

So there. Does that not sound like VERY cultured dog to you? Now I am going to ask ML to let me out into the garden so that I can snack on that delicious poo that I hid earlier this morning. All that learning makes me peckish.
