The Labraventures of Carbón, Spanish (ex-) foster dog extraordinaire

Enjoy Cornwall, Emily. Sorry you couldn’t stop for a break and a run in the garden for Carbon on your way through, but maybe again sometime in the future... What a mammoth drive from Folkestone! Well done you, Carbon - and, of course, the Tardis!

It seemed VERY strange to drive right on by your exit. But no way around it with all that's going on. :(

Let's hope for some good visits again in 2021 - for EVERYONE.

The drive from Folkestone really wasn't bad. I was like a homing pigeon by that point. Even Carbon didn't want to get out for a wee break - we were on a mission! 😂

ML says I cannot post this on @nayasminime Lyla's thread because it is not always The Carbon Show - I do not know WHAT she means by that - so I am posting here: I think Lyla is my long long sister because we are both black, beautiful and look astounding in our bandanas. @Candy 's GGJ, you can join the club, too.

Si, si, I know - we cannot be ACTUAL siblings because Lyla is still very young and I am a mature gentleman. But, mira, look!

We finally got out! I finally got to eat some sheep poo! Que bien! I am a happy Spanish gentleman.

ML has a funny watch that keeps track of our walks. Here you can see the place I found lovely sheep poo. ML is very slow right now, but I am sure with my excellent training, I can speed her up.

:pull:

pee ess: ML says the bits where our speed was 'zero' is actually me stopping to look for sheep poo. Normally I would say, "Pfft!" but in this case, she may be right!

He is indeed a muy guapo caballero español.
Hope we can meet you up again in 2021 Carbón. You might meet your match in Bear though... He's a speedy flash of chocolate and teeth. Tell ML there are never too many photos that is not an actual thing.
Ooohhh, how did ML not share your most lovely compliment with me? I am indeed a muy guapo caballero and I will be muy feliz, very happy, to meet my cousin Bear. Is he made of chocolate? I would like that very much! I have only tasted chocolate once, but it was MUY delicious! My Aunt Helga gave it to me because she thinks dogs should eat EVERYTHING, but for some reason ML yelled at her and practically tackled it out of my mouth. But I was too quick and "snap" it was down into my handsome belly. Que rico!

Dónde estaba yo? Where was I? Oh si: a dog made of chocolate like Bear must be a wonderful thing indeed.

Tell ML there are never too many photos that is not an actual thing.
I am so glad you feel that way, because here are more photos! This was our walk yesterday, from a place called The Bedruthian Steps to our home beach of Porthcothan and back. The steps place has MANY steps so I had to help ML all the way and I did a VERY excellent job. ML breathed very hard and turned a funny colour, but she says not to worry it is just because she fat and needs to do more steps so she gets better. I still looked very worried as (1) this is my job to worry about ML and (2) if she totters off a cliff, who will feed me my breakfast and dinner?

Dónde estaba yo? Where was I? Oh si: our walk! Here are some photos, including some of me with ML. Do not be fooled by my unhappy face, I am a very happy gentleman, but photo taking is quite serious, so I am serious too. It was a wonderful time in the sunshine and we walked for three hours. I do not think ML will be able to move today and we will probably just enjoy the sunshine in the garden, but at least we had a MUY GRANDE adventure yesterday!

pee ess (as GGJ's ML @Candy says): ML says Cornwall is the most beautiful place in the world, and I agree!
