Señor Carbon had a very good day. First a long walk at 6am, then he wanted to go out for another at noon and finally another at 6pm. He flagged a bit on the last walk, but still wanted to do a big tour around town instead of just wee and back home. He's also back to wanting to mark everything (with rather dubious success but that's another issue). I hope this means that urinating is less painful or not painful at all. There is still a bit of blood but nothing like Sunday or even yesterday morning. The swelling and bruising is greatly improved as well.
I'd be really surprised if Dr. Patzak still thinks he needs another op when she sees him tomorrow morning. I'm not thrilled to leave that hole open but is it worth putting him through another op so soon? Probably not. But we'll see.
We'll have the check tomorrow and then if all goes well his stitches come out Friday. Then I think we really need to have that "come to Jesus" talk with Dr. Patzak about his Leish treatment.
Off to cuddle my puppy now. All this walking is good for me but boy am I tired!
