I’m curious though… why does he need a wetsuit? A life jacket I can understand. Snowie loves freezing water. So it seems. Unless you try to bath him with the hosepipe. But he charges straight into the 10 C sea.

Because he doesn't like cold water and I'm hoping this will help him enjoy his 'surfing' in Cornwall in Jan-April. Normally he won't go in until May/June, but this year we won't be there then. So this is my attempt to help him enjoy his favourite Cornwall activity for the time we're actually there. Could be a big miss - his face says it all - but I'm hoping that once he gets to chase his ball into the water and ride the waves, he'll start to associate his surfing outfit with big fun and not mind so much.

I actually think he's fine with the wetsuit - he walked around happily in it and got treats - but the lifejacket is awkward and will take some getting used to. Fingers crossed!

If the UK Border Force gods smile upon me, I'll be there from 3 January to end of April. I wanted May and June as well, but the owners can just make too much on regular holiday renters to offer it to me - and I completely sympathise!

Absolutely. And I'm already brewing up some plans for May/June, so there's a positive side to not spending the whole six months in Cornwall again - though I still totally would.

Aye carumba, ML is packing again. A big muy grande pack! That means only one thing. We are taking the big airplane tomorrow and no more Cookie Man. I do not like my ML very much right now. Pfft!
