So sorry Leanne for what you are going through. I too think take him to the specialist centre , he will be in the best place where the vets can monitor him. Please.

My thought was a possible intussusception, but not sure now. When I worked at the vet many moons ago, we would have done an exploratory laparotomy and found out the problem sooner. I suppose these days they are more reluctant to operate.

That is Absolutley 100% an improvement. I think he’s a bit more perky too. At least he was at 5.30 when he jumped on my face to see if I was awake
I’ve spent most of the night talking to OH and we have agreed:
OH is going to ring the vets today and ask for a consult with Willows for tomorrow.
I am being sent to the doctor today to get some time of work to try and recuperate and get some rest
OH son is coming over today for a few hours so I can actually get some sleep

Yup - OH staged a bit of an intervention. My best friend turned up at the door step at 11pm 
Apparently all I have eaten since Thursday is a crisp sandwich once a day and obviously haven’t actually been to bed since Saturday.
Sleep would be really very nice right now. Mas was a lot more settled last night and slept on my feet st the end of the sofa so I managed a couple of hours but it’s very high alert sleeping if that makes sense? The slightest movement and I’m awake and checking on him.

Guess who is currently barking up a storm because I dared to go to the toilet without him for like a minute? 
Never thought I would be grateful that he was barking - his throat is still sore from all the vomiting (and howling at the vets) and his bark is very squeaky still but he’s so much more alert this morning! The only thing that’s changed is the amount of food and it’s fat content. Oh plus he’s now stopped the ranitidine and the bowel mover.

It's great to hear you sound a bit more positive. PLEASE look after yourself; you can't have good perspective if you're exhausted and malnourished. Do it for Mas. And for us, too!
