Vacuuming—sooooooo much hair

Our cleaner is on holiday. I vacuumed yesterday. O-M-G!!!!!!!! I vacuumed up half a bin’s worth of hair. I had to empty the vacuum cleaner a few times. I cannot believe that Snowie sheds so much. It is quite unbelievable.

Our cleaner vacuums our house 3x per week. I can now see how essential that is. My husband vacuumed last week cos visitors were coming over and he’s swept and mopped the hard surfaces. So, it’s not as if we’d not cleaned. But this amount of hair. How do those of you with more than one Labrador cope??

We only have Stanley and have to sweep/hoover twice a day or the house just looks disgusting and it really drives me mad.

Especially with Rory crawling now I hate picking him up for him to be covered in dog hair.

Ella is shedding unbelievably at the moment as our weather has been so up and down. We vacuum every day and still see tumble weeds 🙄

It's even more fun when a friend brings their kid over for a playdate. In white leggings 😱. A crawler on a wooden floor, in white leggings, with a chocolate lab in the house. I was mortified 😱😱

Our house is just....disgusting! I hoovered on christmas day but skipped yesterday. Today there is black hair everywhere - it looks like hairy smears in the carpet. Oh, and now there's mud too. HOWEVER, I am back at work this afternoon - OH is home.................I wonder..............

I’ve seen nifty baby outfits that have mops on the knees. Why let all that crawling go to waste?

I must say that while Crocs might not be the most fashionable, they are useful for rubbing hair into a small pile on the carpet, which can then be picked up.

I took down the Christmas tree and OMGOODNESS the hairs under it and it had only been up a week.

I love it when guests arrive and ask if they should take their shoes off. I usually say "I'm, probably best that you don't"
I actually had to insist when one lot of visitors came and I hadn't vacuumed for a few days, that they put their shoes back on.

"Unless you want hair and sand all over your feet." Between the doggy stuff and the muck th pram brings in our floors are pretty gross.

Our cleaner is away for 3 weeks and our vacuum broke. I'm dying.
