This is how bushfires start in the bushWarm again this week but not stupid 40s so should be OK. The main issue is that we had a wet start to summer so the grass/weeds/undergrowth has grown heaps and now is getting dry and crispy.

It was, but it didn't bring 'Shepherd's delight ' thismorning! It's wet and blustery but also strangely mild for the time of year.@Candy, a wondrous sky.
We had more of an orange glow light, not a sunset as such, weather forecast said cloudy all day, but the sun shone all dayIt was, but it didn't bring 'Shepherd's delight ' thismorning! It's wet and blustery but also strangely mild for the time of year.

Meanwhile it's cool here (jumpers and long pants) and we had so much rain last night our roof leaked. There's a huge bushfire burning out of control in central Victoria. It's already destroyed 750 hectares and the weather conditions are going to worsen in the coming days. Scary photo...
