I had a lovely session with a new dog training client today. Stunning looking Boxer cross and really sweet natured. We were working on loose lead walking and his owner was so receptive to instruction that it was a real pleasure to work with him

For myself my smile for today was Cassie's first retrieving of her rabbit skin dummy, only in the garden. I was quite sure she would want to keep it for herself, but despite being rather thrilled with it she did bring it to me.

Saw 3 pairs of crows, pecking in the seaweed this morning - 2 Hoodies, 2 Rooks & 2 Choughs. Love it that they are always in pairs - so romantic, warms the cockles.

Big smiles from me this morning for two reasons ,
1) we left Reuben for an hour and all he did was to drag my gardening coat off the back of the kitchen door and sleep on it !
2) just the best news that Pauls blood results show a good kidney function xxxxxx
