She works four days a week, so I suspect she may have some hearing. Of course computers are incredible for blind and deaf/blind people so she’ll have plenty of adaptions there.

Mags you would be welcome to come and hang out in Sunny (well, today anyway) Sowerby Bridge! I was in a friend's car, we were on our way to Ogden Water with dogs and as we pulled up at the traffic lights I saw a beautiful frondy tail wagging, then noticed that the tail's owner was in a harness, then I started to get a tingly goosebumpy feeling, then saw that the harness was white with red checks, which was what Mags had told me to look out for and then I went rather squealy and bouncy and kept saying 'It's Kier! It's Kier!' Then the lights changed and we moved on. I was SO pleased to have seen him, have been looking out for him ever since Mags told me he had come to live in Sowerby Bridge. I would like to get a photo of him but am struggling to think of how to get his owner's permission for this as she's blind and deaf. All I can think of is to wait until perhaps I see them both with someone else who could explain for me. Any ideas anyone?

You don’t need permission if they are in a public place - but I’d just take the dog and not the owner and that wouldn’t be a problem at all.

Ella comes to stare at me when I'm sitting in the armchair. As soon as I move to the couch, she jumps up for a cuddle


Then, it's even funnier when she gives me a sleepy (check out those saggy eyes hahah) look of disapproval when she spots me taking photos

Finally!!! After bouncing of the walls since 6am.....she has taken herself off for a snooze. Made me smile the way she has pulled up her blanket....then I spotted a missing pink sock! (mine not @Mr Beanwood's )
