My daughter and 9 year old granddaughter came into our garden this afternoon and did a tik tok dance. They have been practicing it during lockdown. They were brilliant - totally synchronised. It made me smile and laugh. Gosh I’ve missed them

Coulda KILLED Benson tonight...bugger Toby Swamp Dog. Benson spent an HOUR paddling in a muddy bog. I couldn't for love nor sossiges get him out. He came out stinking and covered front top to toe in the most horrible mud you could imagine. His collar needs scrubbing, it is completely back. Will take me a while to see the funny side....jeez Benson....

Playing ball in the garden again thisevening. We have got ever so good at throwing it to each other and catching it and both really enjoy it. Either I mis-threw or she mis-judged though at one point and instead of a catch she did a snout rebound into the thyme bush which is currently in full bloom. Naturally she dived straight in to retrieve the ball and she has smelled absolutely gorgeous all evening, like my own little furry pot pourri! I keep having to snuggle and snuffle her!

For the first time in ages the boys played together with their toys, Toffee got his monkey toy out and Ripple instigated a game of tuggy, so I gave them a selection of toys and they have just spent a noisy half hour wrecking the house playing tuggy and chasing games. So lovely to see.
