What made you smile today?

Nathan has been learning about Australia, the history of Australia, reconciliation week etc. in Kinder recently.

Tonight he noticed a mark on the vanity in the bathroom and asks where it came from. I explained that I wasn't sure as it was there before we moved in so it was probably from the people that lived here before us. His response "ah, it must have been the 'abradidiginals' as they lived here before us"

Good try mate 🤔🤷😁

I had heart palpitations. Suspected broken ankle and in the words of the paramedic something funny going on in my knee. On x-ray nothing was broken and my knees bones were where they should be, but there is a lot of new boney growth in both my ankle and knee. It's a mess and the knees grinding bone on bone. The nerves are affected in my feet and leg and im in a lot of pain. They think it's all badly sprained follow up will he happening in the next few weeks. I go to rest use crutches and not do any thing for 2 weeks. Once all the swelling gone down and I can walk again we'll see.

@SwampDonkey knee injuries are the pits and recovery seems to take for eternity Honestly you really cannot walk the dogs for at least a week. I know you want to..... I still walk Hunter with my knee brace and regret joining the boys at the beach as this meant 2 days of pain. Is it a sprain or do you think you have torn something? Did the orthopedic doc look at your knee?
