My first ever dog was a Lurcher. It was when I lived on my Narrow boat. He used to run alongside on the towpath when I was travelling. He was a very sweet boy.
There's no tragedy as bad as a Labrador not getting breakfast. We've gone through morning happys to wide eyed disbelief we're now at huffy sleep.hes resiged but sad. I've had to put Iver in his crate because he a bit over excited.

That is one of the worst parts about a dog having an op. I used to get up quickly and take them straight for a walk and then to vet, they didn't have time to think about breakfast
