I have big smiles because Mr. Dix does not need to see me again 
He tells me that this is as good as it gets, which is a damned sight better than it was before surgery , so I accept this and am grateful to him for what he has given me , which is the ability to walk for 45 minutes , thank you NHS xxxxxx

Usually I decorate the house and tree on Christmas Eve, but this year we are going to Little Brother and Jenny then, so I have done it today instead, on Winter Solstice, in honour of my funny Gung-ho girl!
My calmer, more cautious but equally loved and lovely girl is now snoozing beneath the tree and that makes me smile.

My new cooker arrives today, thank goodness Yesterday should have been the last playgroup for Reuben but Anna has taken him today which is great as it may well have been chaotic when the delivery men come xxx Now edited to say that my cooker is due to be delivered around 3p.m. and what time does Reubs come home ? Yep, 3 p.m.
