What made you smile today?

Technically this was yesterday, but look what my goofball did on our walk yesterday. A man was sitting down on a towel having a sunbathe and Carbón just made himself at home! Luckily the man seemed delighted, but I felt that the Señor was auditioning for a better class of human than myself. After all, one that makes you walk hours per day or one that sits in the sun on a nice towel? No contest!

Carbón's settle game is iron clad! It's actually not a bad idea if one was a dog-napper, but only for really well-trained dogs - pop down to the park, lay out a load of towels and scoop up the wonderpups!

This is good Cath. I do hope everyone concerned adjusts ok to the new set up xx
@Cath, your sister must be so happy to be home after such a long, long time in hospital. I hope she will be able to adjust quickly.
Well she slept like a baby last night . I am sorry that she will never be the same sister/mother, she has dementia, but she suffered a subarachnoid haemorrhage 10 months ago. She is at last home and we move forward together.

My Father had a subarachnoid haemorrhage when he was 43 and he did return to normal. So despite dementia she may get better on one level. I am sorry, so upsetting for you all.
