By the way, I wasn't wrong about this. We were having a 'on your mat' session today and he went tearing off across the big park in Padstow to tackle a man who was walking with two big dogs, a sausage roll and a ball. I mean really - that should be illegal. I had to peel Carbon off of him.Since Reuben and Carbon seem to have alternate 'good boy days', that means I'm in for a hooligan pup today.

These little girls made me smile this afternoon
While their brother investigated a hole in the lawn
Cassie's mum had another litter of puppies, I popped over this afternoon to see them just before they go to their new homes. Phew ..they are all spoken for!
It was comical -- as soon as I got my phone out they came and sat in front of me -- they must be so used to being filmed etc by the youngsters in the house! Proper 2019 children!

This weekend was rare. OH work Friday evening but had both Saturday and Sunday off. This doesn't usually happen outside of holidays. It was so wonderful to enjoy a mundane weekend as a family, rather than by myself with the kids.

Molly's identical sister Elkie is probably going to have pups this summer and the breeder has said we'd be very welcome to go and see them. We are waiting to hear if she liked the prospective mate they'd found for her. I'd love to see the pups because I could see then what Molly's would have looked like if she had any BUT, it will be very difficult. Luckily OH will be with me and he'll be sure I don't get too tempted - though he's a pretty soft touch pup-wise too
