Countryfile thisevening comes from West Yorkshire. Lovely to see the landscape I know well and have come to love on television in all its late Spring glory.
What's more it's featuring the Commoners Choir, an excellent choir based in Leeds who I go to see whenever possible, and of whom a friend who I did my nurse training with all those years ago is a member. Sitting watching, smiling, and feeling proud to live here!

I will look forward to seeing it and imagining you walking there. I was out on a walk in my local fields this morning and met a lady with an Afghan Hound who had come down to the Three Counties Showground for a dog show later in the week. She had come down from South Yorkshire and I pointed her in the right directions of the footpaths, I walked some of the way with her and we had an interesting chat. Dogs bring people together

I've informed OH that he's been officially relegated to 3rd favourite person for Ella (he told me he already knew ).

Not only do I frequently find Ella snuggling on the couch with Nath..


Now she's developed a new bedtime routine. Her first bedtime is sleeping with Nathan. Then, after a few hours, she joins us for the rest of the night.
