What made you smile today?

on our way to Welshpool
When I was a kid, my grandparents lived in Llanymynech. I always remember being in the car on the long drive to their house and driving past a sign for Welshpool. Someone had scratched the L off the end of the sign, making it hilarious for me and my brother. It's funny that, after all of these years, I read your post and my brain automatically said "hehe Welshpoo" 🤣🤣

I'm literally having trouble breathing right now! Half these words I've not heard since coming to Canada:cwl::rofl: and a few I still use, and get funny looks for...
I just watched it too, too funny! In Australia we mostly use the English words. I jotted down the few that we use that the Canadian girl used:
Stroller
Onesie
Cot
Eggplant
Sneakers
Bassinet
Chips
Pants

Atemas

we have to leave Maxx for 7 weeks
Yes hard but I am sure he will be fine. When Sky first came to us at 5 months and we weren’t expecting to get her, we had already booked 3 weeks holiday in Spain. I remember crying all the way down to the south coast to get the car ferry. She was fine though although a bit ‘off’ with us for a few days
