Thanks, @ Beanwood, always good to know that someone's there!
My youngest son, DiL and baby Rory are off to Canberra in two days. I think they’re excited but apprehensive too, particularly as young Rory is now in exploring mode, as he’s just started crawling and trying to stand up. Long plane journeys don’t seem ideal for that - and will he fit into the bassinet?!We are a strange mix of organised (spreadsheet with accommodation etc) and completely disorganised.
We are off to Japan in a week and a half, for a wedding at the Meiji shrine! Excited but apprehensive about travelling with Rowan.
She looks very slim, particularly in the first photo!Makes her look very neat (and much smaller than before!!!)![]()
Yes she is a very nice shape (if I may say so myself!) my boss always comments on how nice her body figure is!She looks very slim, particularly in the first photo!
He’s eight months, nearly nine, and will be nearly a year old when they return. It’s good to know that it worked well for your grandson. (Must go and wake mine up now, as I’m in charge today while they’re at the American Football with family and friends. It’s probably partly a distraction for my son as, although he and his eldest brother and their wives are avid NFL fans, he hates flying and is very apprehensive about the flights.)How old is Rory @Granca? My son and his family went to UAE earlier this year (so I know not as far) . Baby grandson was 11 months then. He is a big boy (he’s the 10lb one at birth). Not only did he fit in his bassinet but he slept all night too so hopefully Rory will too so it won’t be as hard to mange the rest of the time
That is very beautiful and a moving tribute to those young men who lost their lives. These crocheted and knitted poppies outside the church made me smile. I especially like the purple ones for the animals.View attachment 11112
