At Snowie’s treadmill, the physio checked Snowie’s nails and decided to do as quick trim of the front paws. Snowie was standing. Snip snip snip snip. Snip. Snip snip snip snip. Snip. (Four claws, one dew claw. Repeat.) I asked if other dogs were as compliant at Snowie. No, she said. They’d all be shuffling around, pulling away their paws. He stood still. No resisting. Tail wagging. I said we’d worked towards this point. She said we did well. Proud moment.

Very well done indeed!

Two grandchildren came today. The 13 year old (as tall as me) and the 9 year old. Both gave big hugs and they gave me these. The flowers are very pretty but it was spending time with these lovely young people that made me smile
