I'm smiling after going out on a lovely sunny evening with Cassie and my son and daughter, they wanted to do some gundog training with her. She hadn't done any long marked retrieves for about 3 months, she loved it and so did they.

I actually had a nice day today.
Couple of hours work this morning (it's my day off), followed by a good bike ride with Nathan and OH. We did just under 13km so Nathan is doing really well. I think the puddles kept him going as he loves riding through them
Then a walk and more mud with OH Nathan and Ella after lunch. Ella went in stinky gross mud so ended up having another bath, much to her delight!
Then this afternoon, I had the laziest couple of hours I've had in months! Nathan and OH watched a movie in our other room and I spent two hours lying on the couch doing nothing! I even had a 10min nap! Honestly, I cannot remember the last time I was so lazy! But it was wonderful and I feel so refreshed now

OH & I took the dogs swimming in the sea - my car is soaking, but they has such a good time. Meg is determined to get the dummy at all costs, so Coco doesn't really get a look in, we have to catch her and leash her while he gets some solo goes while she whimpers & trembles with excitement.
Coco lost the dummy, but he was able to follow directions and retrieve it.
