Somehow what may well feel right in Spain is a different kettle of fish in Wild and Windy West Yorkshire!Well, in that case, why the pyjamas at all?
While I vastly prefer being in Cornwall to Spain at the moment, I do love the fact that in Spain no one can see onto the bedroom balcony. That means this type of weather would be (1) swim in pool, (2) come in and fill up a glass with ice and tinto de verano and (3) take off my wet swim suit and hang out on the sun lounger stark naked. Ahhh, sweet!
Between the balcony and the fact that only the nude beaches are dog-friendly year-round, never any tan lines in Spain for me!![]()
I've just placed my first ebay bid in two months (an absolute record for me) and won some Birkenstocks for under a fiver, plus postageI totally did a happy dance just now because I lost an auction on eBay. Yes, lost. I don't know what possessed me to bid on a Pepto-Bismol pink jean jacket earlier in the day, but I then spent the rest of the afternoon thinking, "Oh my god, someone HAS to outbid me...what am I going to do with a Pepto-Bismol pink jean jacket???!!!" Then, at the last minute - literally - someone bid one pound higher than I did.
Oh, happy, happy dance, dance! Thank you, eBay gods!
And just in case "Pepto-Bismol pink" does not translate worldwide:

Now I can go back to concentrating on winning my next eBay item: a shirt emblazoned with Cornish pasties and sailboats. I mean, surely I won't regret THAT bid at the last minute, will I?

Also if there is extreme achlorhidria, it might increase the risk of gastric cancer. On the flip side, uncontrolled reflux could cause oesophageal cancer.
It's worthwhile discussing the pros and cons to be sure. Don't want to be the harbinger of doooom.....
So do I!I think Rory's holding his head up to look taller!
