What made you smile today?

Oreo, true to form, had snow zoomies.

My phone has autocorrected that so often . My brain now also refers to them as "zombies". Not sure what that says.
@Jacqui-S’s autocorrect from the weather thread made me smile because I killed a zombie on Saturday evening, probably more than one in fact! You’d probably think it was a typo (or I’ve finally flipped) if I’d mentioned it, though. It’s the result of having three sons who, since the first lockdown, have encouraged me to join in our Saturday evening online family game of Pathfinder (similar to Dungeons and Dragons) rather than Monopoly or a quiz! It certainly takes my mind off the real world!

My mobile phone is at the repairers, so I tried to contact you all on my laptop but had no internet connection all day, possibly due to the heavy snow. Suddenly I'm connected again and before I go back downstairs to sit in the warm I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm smiling because the vet has said that Joy can now resume normal walks as long as she only plays with small gentle dogs for now. So we're meeting Fiona and co. up on Norland Moor tomorrow and will gently see how we go from there! I'm so pleased!

I hope you have a great walk with Fiona and her gang. Joy will probably be in her element, but might be a bit cautious at first. I hope that she enjoys herself though 😀
