Listening to Radio Cornwall whilst baking , they have an archive feature where they play a phone in from back long . This morning it was from the late 70`s , the discussion had been about changing from miles to Kilometres and an old dear rang in to say she was not best pleased about it . When asked why , she said it had always taken her ten minutes to drive from Bodmin to Wadebridge and she objected to it being made a longer journey , bless xx

I have been watching their Sunday lunchtime capers since they started them last year. They are definitely weird and bonkers but strangely compelling
Baby gates. Rory laughs at em and jumps over. Iver can't it's not the leap it's the confidence. I'm deep cleaning the other kitchen cupboard and getting rid of stuff. They are so nosy and want to come in so the gate and door are shut. I've just climbed the baby gate and they've just both tried to pile in over the top on top of me. I got Rory to sit and stay, he cried about it, but Iver got on top of my bad leg trying to jump the gate. He would have been over if I hadn't grabbed him bloody cheeky nosy pup. My leg hurts he's giggling and we are all having a sit down

I remember complaining I did all the parenting. He’s just burst through the door after a 12 hour day like IS HE AWAKE?!
Luckily I was just about to take him up and he snatched him off me and is now upstairs reading him a bedtime story and having bedtime cuddles
