I went to the farmer’s market in the square and bought Mr Boogs a beeswax Christmas tree candle. He collects Christmas candles. He’s got four which were his grandma’s and are 100 years old! I’m not entirely sure where his large collection will be displayed in this teeny tiny house. Maybe all over the piano and mantlepiece. 🤔🌲

Three people (from Church and Yoga) had a chat, which felt good. ☺

Due to my continuing Sciatica I have had to rely on friends to walk my GGJ for the last couple of weeks. My friend Shelli sent me these photos of Joy on their walk thismorning which gave me a chuckle. This is not Joy having the ball thrown at her, it's her throwing it at Shelli, demanding a game of 'fetch '
Shelli has remarked that she's a dog who is very clever at getting what she wants!:giggl:IMG-20221203-WA0004.jpgIMG-20221203-WA0000.jpg

I'm sorry your sciatica is not getting better Candy 🙁
It actually is starting to get better!:clap::clap:
It's been going on for six weeks now but is finally starting to improve. I saw a Physio yesterday who said that she wou expect any kind of nerve pain to last for about twelve weeks, so some improvement after six weeks is really good. It's all heading in the right direction and I have good friends who help out. I'll be OK!😀

Cass and I are not long back from a fun few hours out - the dog training "school " where we have been doing scentwork had a Christmas fair, raisng money for a local animal rescue. There were some lovely stalls selling cards and gifts and mince pies, and a local pet shop had a stand and trainers were on hand to give a few free tips. They are all so lovely people !
It was quite busy, full of families of all ages with all types of dogs.
My girl maybe 6 and a half now and much less energetic than she used to be but she still knows how to make an entrance -- out of all the dogs, she was the only one who shoved her head into the children's lucky dip tub on arrival  , emerging with false wood shavings draped around her head and a packet of sweets dangling from her mouth ! Luckily she gave them up to me - we put them back in

There was a wood fired pizza van so lunch was yummy.
And we won a box of 100 poo bags on the tombola stall !! Heavy duty ones too :giggl:
