Last evening we decided to watch a film - it was a long one. Red sleeps the evening through but ALWAYS wakes up about twenty minutes before we go to bed and stares at us - meaning ‘hey guys it’s bedtime, take me to my nighttime bed’. She was so funny as she made sure she got our attention from the iPad screen by gently coming into view, then proceeded to quietly sit up into full Labrador pose and stare rather adoringly at us. She was clearly uncertain that it wasn‘t going to happen at the RIGHT time. It did make us laugh and the film did finish ‘on time’

Oh dear! I'd offer advice but my nearly 7yr old still thinks it's hilarious to get it all out and shake it all aboutRory’s started mooning!!!!!
I have absolutely zero idea where this behaviour has come from. And I feel as though it’s one of those pivotal parenting moments where I need to stay strong and make it clear how inappropriate this behaviour is.
But I laugh so hard I almost pee

I went to watch my little grandson in his first Nativity at school. He was great - singing all the songs and doing the actions. I was impressed as you could see him watching the staff member for cues and he really was enjoying it. I videoed one bit of him on my phone (you were allowed) - I hadn’t realised until I watched it later but the little boy next to him spent the whole time picking his nose and pulling faces
