The maker was really nice. She helped to find a good fit for Mr lumpy. The material is a really nice quality too. Back to the vet with Joy today, this time for her monthly Librella injection. We saw the vet who first diagnosed her with arthritis. It's probably been about six months since we last saw her and today she gave Joy a very thorough examination, feeling all her legs carefully while Joy licked the side of her face. Then she gave a big smile and said 'Yes! That's what I was hoping for, there's been a significant improvement in her muscle tone, which means she's using her legs normally again.' So I came away smiling, after hearing a couple of weeks ago that her sight is deteriorating, it was lovely to hear that something is actually improving!

I have found a new gardener , he has been to us several times now and is also great with odd jobs like mending our garden gate after the storms wrecked it . He is a rather beautiful young man with the most glorious long black curly hair which he ties up to do whatever . I had arranged for him to come yesterday to cut the grass and prune my bay tree plus a couple of other shrubs . I text him , meaning to write , If you have time could you strim behind the ponds please ? Only my damned predictive text had written , If you have time could you strip behind the ponds please ? He found this highly amusing and I was mortified when I realised
