Rourke had hydro in the treadmill but the water was never as sparkling clean as that! Hope she is less stiff as the day goes on.

What a day. We had a short walk this morning as Harley wanted to go out. We spent most of it people watching, but that’s fine with me. The one thing she did do was to have a few seconds play in a large puddle.
When we got home, OH was drying her paws , she was rubbing her head against him and when he finished drying her, he had blood on his hands. She had a cyst type spot on her eyelid which had burst. We managed to clean her up and it took a while to stop bleeding.
Half an hour later she kept licking her paw with the arthritis. It looks like she has a sore on it that has been irritated. We put a sock on her, but she managed to get it off. We’ve been monitoring and stopping her every time she goes to lick it. She’s at the vets on Monday morning so hoping we can manage it all until then.

Poor Harley and poor you. I know it must feel like one thing after another but I bet the sore on Harley’s foot and certainly her eye is bothering you more than it is her. She had a lovely time watching the world go by and splashing in a puddle. A labs dream water and mud. I hope it goes well tomorrow at the vets.

Her eyelid is healed now and looking good. I think she must of caught it somewhere. She had a cut on her paw in between her toes - the vet managed to see it whilst a nurse distracted her .
This week has generally been a good one for her. Not so much in terms of walks, but in general she seems to be happy / content which is really nice to see
